Eyelash Extension Policy: Partial Lash Retention At Dream Esthetics, we strive to ensure every client leaves with beautiful, long-lasting lashes. To maintain the integrity of your lashes and ensure the best results, we have established the following policy regarding partial lash retention: Partial Lash Retention Policy: • If you arrive for a fill appointment with less than 40% of your original eyelash extensions remaining, you will be charged for a full set rather than a fill. • A full set charge applies because, with less than 40% of your lashes remaining, the work required to achieve the desired fullness and look is comparable to that of a new set. • This policy is in place to ensure that we can provide the best service possible and maintain the health and appearance of your natural lashes. Important Notes: • To avoid additional charges, please schedule your fill appointment in a timely manner. We recommend returning for fills every 2-3 weeks to maintain your lashes. • Cancellations or rescheduling with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a 50% fee. • If you’re unsure of the condition of your lashes, please contact us ahead of time, and we’ll be happy to advise you on the best course of action. • If you show up sick or visibly ill, I have the right to refuse service- and 100% of the service price will still be due. • No-shows will be charged 100% of the service price. Cancellation Policy
We get it that sometimes things come up and you may need to cancel. Dream Esthetics has a 50% cancellation fee. If you are unable to make the appointment, please kindly notify Dream Esthetics at (631) 904-9694 or dreamestheticsbydeanna@gmail.com as soon as possible to reschedule.
